Zawr Real Estate Division to Launch Smart Sustainable Logistics Parks

Zawr Industrial Real Estate division today detailed plans to acquire 120 acres of commercial land across primary transit corridors. The lands will be transformed into high-density, low-carbon smart logistics parks featuring integrated graywater systems, solar microgrids, and electric shipping fleet chargers. Development is scheduled to break ground in Q3 2026, aligned with the Green Transition Initiative.
