Sectors such as metal processing, chemical manufacturing, and logistics consume massive amounts of energy and fossil fuels. Meeting global climate goals requires industrial conglomerates to restructure their energy pipelines. Zawr is addressing this by transitioning processing plants from coal and gas to solar, wind, and green hydrogen power.

Solar Arrays and Microgrid Integration

We have begun installing industrial-scale solar arrays at our manufacturing plants. These arrays are paired with high-capacity battery storage systems to form isolated microgrids, ensuring a continuous, reliable power supply regardless of external grid fluctuations while offsetting thousands of tons of carbon emissions annually.

Sustainable Supply Chains and Circular Economy

Decarbonization extends beyond raw power consumption. Zawr's recycling initiatives aim to reuse industrial scrap, packaging materials, and manufacturing waste. By establishing closed-loop recovery systems in our factories, we reduce raw material mining requirements, conserving natural resources and lowering scope 3 logistics emissions.
